Understand Your Transition
Perimenopause & menopause are natural transitions. With the right support and knowledge about your body, you can feel your best and access care that truly helps.

What Is Menopause?
Menopause is reached when you’ve gone 12 consecutive months without a period. In Canada, this typically happens around age 51. At this stage, lower estrogen levels can affect your bones, heart health, metabolism, and memory, so your care should go beyond just symptom relief and support your long-term health as well.
What Is Perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the stage before menopause when hormone levels fluctuate. It usually starts in the mid-40s and can last 2–10 years. Periods become irregular and symptoms may be intense, but menopause hasn’t been reached yet. Standard tests often miss these hormone changes, so women are sometimes told nothing is wrong.
Surgical and Early Menopause
Surgical menopause (after ovary removal) causes a sudden hormone drop, often leading to more severe symptoms than natural menopause. Early menopause (before 40) increases long-term health risks. Our team specializes in supporting these unique needs. If you’ve had a hysterectomy, oophorectomy, or early menopause, we are here to help.
Many Women are left without Care
Over half of women with moderate-to-severe menopause symptoms never speak to a healthcare provider. Many are brushed off, told it’s “normal,” or face long waits.
We provide accessible care to women as needed, no referral, no waitlist.
